The corporate members (click here for our current corporate members) at Centurion Country Club have played an important role in building the membership of our club. The structuring of the corporate package has been successful in providing companies with an exclusive environment where guests and clients are entertained with pride.

1.MEMBERSHIP CARDS
You will be issued with 5 Gold Membership Cards either roving/floating or affiliated (allocated for a handicap). These may be used daily by your guests, staff members or the person the membership is affiliated to. There are no hidden costs or limit as to when you can play accept for club competition days when an official handicap is required. There is no green fee involved as this is included in the membership fee. This means that one free 4 x ball could be played daily. Should you wish to book 2 x 4 balls on a particular day, a green fee for only the 3 additional players will need to be paid. For this we offer you a discounted (Guest of Member) rate. Please inform me as to how you would like to nominate the membership cards, bearing in mind that should you wish to change your original options, this can be arranged.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY AFFILIATED PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE USE OF THE FLOATING CARDS ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON, SATURDAYS (WHOLE DAY) AND SUNDAY MORNING COMPETITIONS. THESE ARE CLUB COMPETITION TIMES AND THEREFORE ONLY PLAYERS WIT H OFFICIAL HANDICAPS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY. Take note that a competition fee is payable on these days.

2. BOOKLET OF PLAYING VOUCHERS
The booklet of 100 playing vouchers for the additional price of R 13 000.00 enables "free" rounds to be played. The company uses these vouchers for their clients and guests. Should the vouchers not be used by the end of the 12-month period, they could arrange a small golf day to redeem them before the expiry date.

3. BOOKINGS
Four ball bookings are done directly through the Pro shop.
I would suggest that you allocate one person at your company to control golf bookings.
No bookings will be taken by the Pro shop without this persons' verification.

4. ANNUAL ADVERTISING ON COURSE
Your company logo and contact numbers as well as a description of the hole will be displayed on the sandstone fixture at the tee box. Please send your web link and logo to nicola@centurioncountryclub.co.za. Your company logo will furthermore be displayed on the CORPORATE BOARD on the patio at the clubhouse. Your website will be automatically linked from our web site.

5. CORPORATE GOLF DAY
The company is entitled to host a corporate golf day at Centurion. The invitations, pre-arrangements and coordination for the day will be done by yourselves. Assistance with relevant information and coordination at the club will be done by Centurion Country Club. Prizes and registration give away gifts can be arranged for you through our Pro Shop, should you require this service. You will be at liberty to invite a full afternoon field of 120 players for the day (winter golf days can take a maximum of 104 players), and not be liable to pay a green fee. Please take note that shotgun starts will carry an additional charge due to the morning field slots that needs to be booked out. You will be required to pay a deposit once you’ve booked a date. This is to secure the date and will be taken off your final invoice. Should you cancel your golf day, you will forfeit the deposit. 5. CORPORATE GOLF CHALLENGE
Your company has the opportunity to take part in the annual Centurion Corporate Challenge. The Corporate Challenge is a networking platform enabling all our corporate members to get to know each other in what they love doing best...playing golf. The competition is run over a nine month period, starting February and ending October on the first Thursday of the month. The scores of each company 4 x ball is recorded every month and the 5 best scores (depending on number of teams that enters) of the 9 month challenge will determine which companies will make it to the final, which is a 36 hole competition held at a different venue each year. The cost involved is R170 pp per game, which includes prizes for the two top two-balls, light snacks during prize giving as well as the club’s Thursday competition fee. Each Corporate sends the names of 4 x players, which will be split into 2 x two-balls. Each two-ball will play against another company’s two-ball. Your company can be invoiced for the games to be paid upfront for your convenience. The competition format is a better ball, and you also keep your individual scores for the club competition. 6. TENNIS / SQUASH FACILITIES
These facilities are included for your use
The cost of R10.00 playing fee for 45 minutes squash and 1 hour Tennis.
Bookings for tennis and squash are essential. Squash bookings are to be done in person at the squash courts and tennis bookings must be done through reception on 012 - 665 0279.

7. CONFERENCE FACILITIES
Your Corporate Membership furthermore provides for a R20 discount per delegate on the venue charge of the conference facilities.
We have three conference rooms for your convenience and bookings can be made by contacting Gina Markram
at the club on 012 665 9607.
